  • laundry duties: laundering towels, receiving laundry from commercial laundry service, sort it & stock laundry rooms
  • relieve cook / kitchen assistant: assist the cook making lunches, keep the drinks, dishes, utensils stocked, bus tables and clean dishes
  • dining room, restroom, lobby, laundry rooms clean up
